Client Servicing Executive/Manager


Client Servicing Manager | Mumbai (Hybrid) | Full-timeWe’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Management professional with 2- 4 years of experience in advertising, across both mainline and digital platforms. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the creative/strategy teams*, ensuring timely execution of campaigns while building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production)to deliver campaigns
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure on-time, quality delivery
  • Participate in brand strategy and campaign planning discussions
  • Track performance and prepare reports on campaign outcomes
  • Stay updated with industry trends across ATL and digital marketingRequirements:
  • 2+ years of agency experience in client servicing/account management
  • Exposure to both mainline (TVC, Print, Radio, OOH) and digital(social, performance, content)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at once
