⦠Design and develop machines used in wire and cable processing
⦠Create 3D models, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documents using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD)
⦠Perform basic engineering calculations for gears, shafts, bearings, etc.
⦠Design systems for high-speed, low-vibration, and long-term use
⦠Work closely with electrical and automation teams to integrate drives, sensors, and controls
⦠Improve designs for easy manufacturing, maintenance, and cost savings
⦠Take part in design reviews and risk assessments (DFMEA)
⦠Support machine prototyping, testing, and commissioning
⦠Coordinate with vendors and fabrication teams to meet quality standards
⦠Manage design files and documentation using PLM systems
