Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and interests
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Provide product information to customers
- Keep track of inventory and restock products as needed
- Manage and organize the store shelves and merchandise
- Help customers with product returns or exchanges
- Meet sales goals and targets set by management
- Use technology and software to manage sales and inventory data.
