Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in transportation operations and employee management

Hands-on experience managing shuttle service operations with 12-seater vehicles and above

Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant software applications

Deep understanding of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and transportation policies

Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and service provider coordination

Advanced knowledge of route optimization and fleet management principles

Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex transportation challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Leadership experience in managing transportation staff and operational teams

Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive transportation records and reports

Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and budget management

Understanding of sustainability practices in transportation operations

Ability to implement innovative solutions for operational efficiency

Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field

Professional certifications in Transportation Management or Logistics (CLTD, CSCMP)

Experience with digital transformation initiatives in transportation operations

Background in facilities management or corporate real estate services

Familiarity with employee transportation programs in multinational corporations

Experience implementing technology solutions for route optimization and fleet tracking

Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and green transportation initiatives

Demonstrated experience in crisis management and business continuity planning

Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
