- Data Entry in Tally for Sales Booked in Momence
- Revenue & Sales reconciliation on Daily basis (Reco between sales invoices
generated (Momence & receipt in Bank)
- Closing Monthly Sales with all Merc or Studio Sale Vendors.
- Petty Cash Checking & Maintenance of Petty Cash Expenses.
- Receiving Vendor Invoices review them and make ready for Payments
- Review of expenses & account them Branch wise / Cost Centre wise.
- Preparing Monthly TDS Statement & Filing Returns
- Preparing & Maintenance of Profession Tax Monthly Payment
- Preparing Monthly GST Return
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparing Monthly MIS (Profit & Loss & Cash Flow) Statements.
- Paperwork for Foreign Remittances
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial
statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist in Preparing Budgets and Projection.
- Assist in Company Secretarial or MCA Compliances
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Overlook all required company compliances with regulatory & otherwise authorities
- Coordinate Admin requirements for HRS/Insurance platforms
- Must be comfortable working in onsite setting from Tardeo, Mumbai location.
- Education Qualification- bachelor’s in commerce/ finance, MBA in Finance or
equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting or similar work profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands on experience in MIS Reporting, Accounting, Taxation, Payroll,
Compliance, Insurance & Tally
- Love of fitness and wellness Industry
- Superior problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
