Senior FP&A Manager- Finance - Full Time - Pune, India

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager- Finance to join our GF_Finance & Controlling, Accounting team in India .

The primary role of the Senior FP&A Manager is to provide strategic financial insights and leadership to support the organization's global decision-making processes. This position exists to ensure accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting, which are critical for driving the company's financial performance and achieving its long-term goals.

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.
  
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
  
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and investment cases, and decision-making.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate key financial insights to executives and stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
  
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to act and think as a service provider to our regional business and finance teams.
  
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems such as SAP and BI tools).
