We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating impactful branding, marketing, and digital assets specifically tailored for real estate projects, property promotions, and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design real estate marketing collaterals such as property brochures, flyers, hoardings, digital ads, and social media creatives.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create designs that drive property branding and lead generation.
Develop 3D visuals, property renderings, and floor plans (if applicable).
Ensure brand identity consistency across print, digital, and outdoor campaigns.
Deliver presentations and digital creatives that support property launches and campaigns.
Keep up with real estate marketing design trends and apply innovative approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on the Real Estate industry.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Proven track record of designing real estate property brochures, social media creatives, outdoor hoardings, and digital campaigns.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web/digital media design is a plus.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
