Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Senior HR Executive – Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR practices and labour laws.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollouts)
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Onboarding & Induction:
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Prepare and maintain joining kits and personnel files
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for new joiner requirements
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews
  • HR Operations & Documentation:
  • Maintain and update HRMS / employee records
  • Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheet monitoring
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll team for salary processing
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and HR policies
  • Performance Management:
  • Support annual/quarterly appraisal process
  • Track and maintain performance review documentation
  • Help implement performance improvement plans


Key Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ERP)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
