-Create and manage performance appraisal systems, set performance goals, and develop improvement plans for employees.
-Plan and organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and outreach events to boost morale and team bonding.
-Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, monitor policy adherence, and handle termination processes.
