We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3–4 years of professional expertise to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation to ensure smooth HR functioning.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage complete recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selection.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Organize employee engagement programs, cultural activities, and welfare initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies.
- Payroll & Attendance
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate payroll processing.
- Prepare and issue employee letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, and exit letters).
- Performance & Development
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate training, learning, and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR statutory compliance and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹16,474.55 - ₹44,274.59 per month
