Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Interior Designer/Architect to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing full-cycle interior projects—from concept to execution. This is a client-facing role with leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project design development, planning, and execution
- Create detailed working drawings, 3D views, presentations, and mood boards
- Engage in client meetings and provide creative, functional design solutions
- Conduct site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality control
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely progress
- Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and support budgeting process
- Ensure adherence to timelines and high-quality execution
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
- 4+ years of proven experience in residential or commercial interiors
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
