Senior Manager / Head of Sales – Real Estate

About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Head of Sales to lead sales operations for the residential & commercial projects in Nagpur. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing teams, and building strong market presence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead sales strategy & achieve project sales targets
  • Manage & motivate sales team, set KPIs and monitor performance
  • Build a strong broker/channel partner network & drive direct sales
  • Engage with HNIs, investors, and institutional clients
  • Collaborate with marketing & CRM teams for effective campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with RERA & company policies


Requirements


  • Graduate / MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business
  • 10–15 yrs in real estate sales, with 3–5 yrs in leadership
  • Strong market network in Nagpur/Maharashtra
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership & customer engagement skills


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
