Senior Operations Manager-International Education & Workforce Mobility

Vishram International Services (VIS) connects students and professionals with international study, training, and employment opportunities. We’re expanding our workforce recruitment and education programs across India and globally.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee our India-based operations for all recruitment and education programs. This position is responsible for ensuring the success, revenue generation, and operational excellence of the entire India team.

• Oversee the success and revenue generation of all India teams across recruitment and education programs.
  
• Lead day-to-day operations for all programs, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of targets.
  
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, HR, and compliance to ensure seamless candidate and client journeys.
  
• Supervise sales executives, field recruiters, candidate support staff, and operations staff.
  
• Implement SOPs, dashboards, and daily KPIs for leads, conversions, placements, and revenue.
  
• Ensure compliance with all legal and visa-related requirements.
  
• Collaborate with all department head to achieve company-wide goals.
  
• Manage relationships with overseas partners, vendors, and government bodies.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership on operational and revenue performance.
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field.
  
• 6–10 years of operations management experience in recruitment, staffing, education, or international mobility.
  
• Proven track record of scaling recruitment programs and generating revenue.
  
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with dashboards and KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
