About the Project
PATH is scaling up its innovative TB control program targeting urban poor communities in India, leveraging dual activation of health workers and vulnerable populations with strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with NTEP, state and municipal health departments, and corporate partners, will mobilize resources for upskilling of frontline health care workers (HCWs), promote TB awareness through digital campaign, and youth volunteer activation across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Engagement & Grant Development* Lead the design and development of tailored philanthropic grant offers for corporates, in consultation with health system and technical stakeholders.
Resource Mobilization & Portfolio Management* Lead fundraising efforts; identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of corporate donors.
Technical Support Unit (TSU) leadership & Multi-Stakeholder Coordination* Lead the central TSU for technical guidance, oversight, geography selection, needs assessments, and program planning.
Program Implementation & Dual Activation* Oversee execution of the dual activation intervention in funded geographies, ensuring robust delivery of 3C (Competence, Connection, Confidence) upskilling for 15,000 HCWs and targeted activation of vulnerable populations.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)* Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for continuous project improvement and accountability.
Documentation and Knowledge Dissemination* Oversee production of high-quality video documentation capturing key project milestones and impact stories.
Leadership, Supervision & Communication* Supervise project teams and contracted agencies across sites.
Required experience:* Postgraduate degree in Public Health or related field from a recognized institution (doctorate preferred).
