We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in system architecture and end-to-end product development. The ideal candidate has worked in fast-paced startup environments and has played a critical role in building scalable, high-impact products from the ground up. - Lead design discussions and define technical direction based on product goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality, test coverage, and documentation.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices across the team.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS services.
- Ensure high system reliability, performance, and scalability in production.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong architectural skills with experience designing distributed systems and APIs.
- Startup experience or demonstrated ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments.
- Product development experience: built, scaled, or owned critical features of a live product.
- Proficiency in:
- Backend: Python, Django
- Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Angular
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
