We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Estimation team. If you’re someone who thrives on numbers, accuracy, and cost efficiency in construction projects — this role is for you.You will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating project budgets, managing cost control processes, and ensuring accurate documentation for pre- and post-contract works. This role offers an opportunity to work across various disciplines including civil, MEP, and faà§ade, contributing to high-impact projects from estimation to completion.
- Prepare high-level budgets and BOQs based on concept designs
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimation
- Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BIM models
- Compare contractor BOQs with internal budgets and identify variations
- Support contract finalization through accurate cost assessment
- Drive value engineering by identifying and evaluating cost-saving opportunities
- Assess and respond to variation/change orders during project execution
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and vendors
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
- 0�5 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, tendering, or commercial roles
- Familiarity with estimation software and tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A team player who can work across functions and with external partners
