Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Luxury Weekend Homes

About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Senior Sales Manager to sell luxury weekend homes such as villas, farmhouses, or second homes. You will be responsible for finding potential buyers, guiding them through the property, and closing the sale. This role is ideal for someone who understands premium real estate and is comfortable dealing with high-end clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Find and connect with people interested in buying luxury weekend homes.
  • Organize site visits and explain the project details clearly to clients.
  • Build good relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
  • Work closely with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
  • Negotiate deals and help clients through the buying process.
  • Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve the sales process.
  • Be available on weekends, as most clients visit then.


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury or second homes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with premium clients.
  • Knowledge of local weekend home markets (e.g., Lonavala, Mulshi, west Pune, and east Pune) is a plus.
  • Ready to travel to project sites, client visits and work on weekends.
