Senior Sales Manager with proven real estate experience to strengthen our sales team and drive revenue growth.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into successful closures.
- Manage and guide junior sales executives to ensure team performance.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular MIS updates to management.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
