• Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  
• Translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable code.
  
• Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce applications.
  
• Optimize existing systems and propose technical improvements.
  
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  
• Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
  
• Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; master’s preferred.
  
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  
• PD-I certification (PD-2 preferred).
  
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, JavaScript, SOQL, and Visualforce.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative tools
  
• Experience with SOAP/REST API integrations and Salesforce security features
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles, sharing rules)
  
• Familiarity with Managed and Unmanaged Packages.
  
• Understanding of software development life cycles, preferably SAFe Agile methodology
  
• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into high-quality code.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
