Senior SEO Manager

• Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  
• Conduct regular website audits and keyword research to optimize the website content.
  
• Optimize meta-tags, headers, and on-page content to improve search engine visibility.
  
• Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and search visibility.
  
• Analyze key website performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and framing improvement plans.
  
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and the SEO best practices.
  
• Constantly perform competitor analysis to identify new ranking opportunities.
  
• Work with the team of developers to optimize technical SEO, such as improving site speed and schema markup.
  
• Track and prepare monthly reports on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile.
  
• Train junior SEO members on SEO fair practices.
  

• The role of an SEO Manager requires a mix of technical and creative skills. The ideal candidate will have the following:
  
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic results and search rankings in a previous organization.
  
• At least 2-3 years of experience in SEO.
  
• Hands-on experience with website optimization, link building, and content creation.
  
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  
• Excellent written communication skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
  
• Strong project management, critical thinking, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  
• Prior experience in leading, mentoring, and tracking KPIs of teams.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with innovative solutions for improving website ranking.
