Techshore is looking for a
motivated Senior Telesales Executive / Telecaller to drive enrollments for our online courses across India. This is a target-based role for candidates who can effectively convert leads into confirmed seats. Fluency in Hindi is a plus.- Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain Techshore’s courses and offerings.
- Handle inbound inquiries and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
- Work with the admissions/marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English & Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
- Ability to handle queries professionally and close sales effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Candidates who have worked in institutes / educational sales will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Target-based incentives on top of fixed pay.
- Work pan-India with a reputable online training institute.
