Chandok Creations is a growing video editing & post-production company in Mohali, working with international clients on Podcasts, Talking Head Videos, E-commerce Ads, Real Estate Videos, Social Media Content, Reels and Long-form videos. We are passionate about delivering creative, high-quality content that helps brands, creators, and businesses engage with their audiences. We are now looking for a skilled

• Lead and mentor a team of editors to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  
• Collaborate with the Creative Head to implement editing styles, creative direction, and workflow improvements.
  
• Oversee the entire video editing workflow across multiple projects (podcasts, YouTube, social media reels, ads).
  
• Review and finalize all projects before client delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining creative excellence.
  

• 2+ years of experience in professional video editing.
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  
• Familiarity with colour grading, sound design, and visual effects.
  
• Experience working on diverse content, such as podcasts, ads, and social media videos.
  
• Strong creative vision and understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  

• A trained junior team already handling daily editing tasks – you focus on leadership and quality, not all the workload.
