The Head of Corporate Wealth Management will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the corporate wealth business. This role involves providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to corporate clients, including treasury management, investment advisory, and employee benefit structures. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the highest standards of client service and compliance.
· Lead the corporate wealth management division, with accountability for business growth, client acquisition, and portfolio profitability.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to offer innovative and tailored wealth management solutions for corporate clients.
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on investments, wealth preservation, and risk management.
· Oversee product development across investment, treasury solutions.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of governance and ethics.
· Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of relationship managers and wealth advisors.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across banking, investment, and advisory services.
· Prepare relevant research reports to be sent to corporate clients and institutions.
· Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline; professional certifications (CFA, CFP, CAIA) preferred.
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in wealth management, corporate advisory, or financial advisory services, with a focus on corporate clients.
· Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development at a senior level.
· Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, and treasury planning strategies.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
