Senior Web Developer (Custom Coding & Full-Stack Expertise)

The Senior Web Developer is expert in development, design, and maintenance of high-performance websites and web applications for our clients. This role requires extensive full-stack experience and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, UI/UX, production and content teams to deliver innovative and effective digital solutions that support business and marketing goals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of integrating complex features, and focused on delivering premium, strong, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable solutions
  

· Develop custom websites, landing pages, and applications using clean, efficient, and scalable code.

· Handle both front-end (UI/UX implementation) and back-end (server-side, database) development.

· Work closely with our creative team to develop modern, visually dynamic websites that integrate seamless animations, transitions, and interactive elements for a premium user experience.

· Build responsive platforms with detailed knowledge of all breakpoints, ratios, and screen sizes (desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile).

· Optimize for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

· Translate design mockups (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, functional code.

· Integrate APIs, CRMs, automation tools, analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel), and payment gateways.

· Manage hosting environments, domains, server setups, SSL, and security protocols.

· Conductend-to-end testing: functionality, responsiveness, performance, and bug fixes.

· Maintain documentation of code, workflows, and technical setups for future reference.

· Provide technical guidance on feasibility, best practices, and scalable architecture.

· Stay updated on modern frameworks, libraries, and AI-driven coding workflows.

· Collaborate closely with designers, motion specialists, UI/UX designer and strategists to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Incorporate feedback and changes requested by clients into the website build, ensuring final delivery matches both functional and design requirements.

Required Skills & Tools:
Core Development Skills

·

Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.

·

Frameworks: React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js (expertise in at least one major framework).

·

Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, PHP, or Python.

·

Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

· Strong knowledge of responsive design, with the ability to optimize for all ratios and breakpoints.

· Experience with highly SEO-friendly coding, site performance optimization, and A/B testing.

Essential Tools (Bonus)

· WordPress (custom themes/plugins) and Webflow (advanced builds).

· Figma / Adobe XD (to translate designs into code).

· Git / GitHub (version control).

· Hosting platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, or similar.

AI & Advanced Tools

· GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or similar AI coding assistants.

· Automated testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).

· Docker / Kubernetes (for scalable deployments, bonus).
