Core Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:


Managing service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery.

Communication and Customer Relations:


Communicating with clients to schedule appointments, provide updates, and address concerns.

Issue Resolution:


Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues.

Record Keeping:


Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.

Process Improvement:


Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize service.


·

Collaboration:


Working with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Client Advocacy:


Acting as a liaison between clients and service providers, providing support and information.

Resource Management:


Maintaining a directory of service providers and resources to connect clients with appropriate help.


·

Administrative Support:


Providing administrative tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
