Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of shipping and logistics operations. This is a remote role that requires working in alignment with USA time zone (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday). The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land)
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and customers to ensure timely cargo movement
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Handle exceptions, delays, and problem resolutions proactively
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, warehousing, and finance
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with carriers and logistics providers
- Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records in internal systems
- Provide daily and weekly logistics reports to management
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or international freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and fully equipped home office

- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 8 AM � 5 PM USA Time (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)
- Experience working with US-based companies or clients
- Knowledge of US customs regulations and port operations
- Familiarity with global trade compliance requirements
- Bachelor�s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
