We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Site Engineer (Civil) to join our construction team in Perumbavoor, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering with hands-on experience in site execution, estimation, client coordination, and team leadership.- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Conduct estimation, measurement, and billing processes effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress.
- Lead and manage labor teams, ensuring productivity and discipline at the site.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for proper execution.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in civil site execution or related roles
- Strong knowledge in estimation, measurement, project coordination, and labor management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools is a plus
