Masterbuilt Infrastructure is looking for an experienced
Site Engineer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about construction, project execution, and team coordination, we invite you to be a part of our mission to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects.- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proficient in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written)
- Oversee daily construction activities at project sites
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit regular MIS reports
- Ensure execution is aligned with drawings, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor material delivery and manage site inventory
- Plan weekly targets and track site progress
- Manage measurements, snag lists, and client walk-throughs
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, layout, and site execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools
- Capable of managing multiple sites or labour teams independently
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Site Locations: Thrissur, Calicut, Palakkad, Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam.
