The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience in construction of residential building.
Duties and responsibilities include -
1) Managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth flow of work.
2) Material purchase whenever required and inventory management.
3) Good communication with clients and negotiation skills with contractors.
4) Checking and approving work quality.
Candidate should be having a two wheeler for daily commutation. He/ She should be preferably fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.
