Site Engineer (Mechanical)

To supervise and coordinate the installation, erection, and commissioning of conveyor systems at client sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution in line with company standards.

Supervise installation, alignment, and commissioning of conveyor systems (belt conveyors, screw conveyors, roller conveyors, etc.).

Ensure that all fabrication and assembly work is carried out as per engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with design and production teams for any on-site adjustments or clarifications.

Perform functional testing and pre-commissioning checks.

Monitor daily progress and report to project manager with updates on work status, site issues, and manpower requirements.

Coordinate and Communicate with client representatives, contractors, and other to ensure smooth project flow.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports, checklists, and installation logs.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage by all workers on site.

Conduct quality checks and ensure zero-defect installation.

Identify and resolve site-level quality or engineering issues.

Address technical challenges faced during installation.

Provide support during commissioning and handover of the project to the client.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1–3 years of experience in site execution, preferably in conveyors or material handling equipment.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

Sound knowledge of erection tools, equipment handling, and safety practices.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Willingness to travel and stay at project site

Proactive and hands-on approach.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and timelines.

Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and report preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
