Job Description: The Site Engineer is responsible for executing and supervising mechanical, piping, structural, and tank fabrication and erection works at the site in compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and timelines. The role involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports.
Review drawings and resolve site-related technical issues with consultants/clients.
Manage subcontractors and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure material traceability, inspection documentation, and red-marking of drawings.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings, punch list clearing, and final handover to client.
Support commissioning and performance testing activities.
Strong understanding of piping standards (ASME, API), structural codes (IS, AISC), and welding procedures.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in remote project locations.
