We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Nagothane. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and within quality and cost parameters.- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure work progress as per the project plan, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to maintain high construction standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards and site regulations.
- Report project updates, challenges, and requirements to senior management.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
- Assist in material planning and inventory management to avoid delays.
- Verify measurements and assist with billing verification for contractors.
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E. in Civil preferred).
- 3 – 7 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably in civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of safety norms and compliance requirements.
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Timing: As per site requirements
