We are hiring a dedicated and experienced
Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day construction site activities for residential projects in Panvel. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in site execution, and a good understanding of construction practices and safety regulations.- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution
- Ensure work is aligned with technical drawings, specifications, and safety norms
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site labour to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain daily site reports including manpower, materials, equipment usage, and work progress
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and construction site logistics
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce health & safety protocols
- Address and resolve minor technical/site issues to avoid delays
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
- Participate in site meetings and stakeholder discussions
- 2�3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in residential construction)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and labour laws
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction reporting tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be male (as per site-based operational requirements)
