The Skill Centre Manager supervises the daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement of a vocational training centre. Will ensure mobilizing targeted student / beneficiary’s for all planned batches under various collaborations. Deliver high-quality skill development programs, manage staff and trainers and maintain strong industry linkages to facilitate internship and employment opportunities for trainees.

Batch Formation: Achieve targeted student / beneficiary strength for all batches planned for skills training.·
Centre Operations: Manage infrastructure, scheduling, logistics, and compliance with regulatory standards.- Program Management: Oversee curriculum implementation, monitor training quality, and ensure alignment with national skill frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise trainers and administrative staff.
- Student Engagement: Ensure targeted enrollment, counseling, and support services for trainees.
- Industry Collaboration: Build partnerships with local employers for internships, placements, and guest lectures.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track KPIs such as completion rates, placement statistics, and learner satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain records and submit periodic reports to funding partners or governing bodies.

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 5 years of experience in skills / vocational training or education management. Work experience with an NGO would be an added advantage. Should demonstrate passion for social work and working for the underprivileged.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
