- Supervise, train, and motivate slimming consultants, physiotherapists, and therapists.
- Conduct client assessments, design customized slimming programs, and track progress.
- Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations when required.
- Work closely with doctors, dietitians, and therapists for integrated results.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving slimming department sales and service targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of client records and departmental reports.
- Stay updated with the latest slimming techniques, machines, and industry trends.
- Ensure staff discipline, roster planning, and performance evaluations.
- Graduate in Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring, and weight management.
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet business targets.
