We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, especially reels and short-form videos, and have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and brand building.
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidate, confident & presentable on camera
- Energetic, good personality with a flair for storytelling
- Skilled in vlogging & mobile video editing apps (Reels, Shorts style)
- Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, Shorts content).
- Fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi
- Creative mindset with consistency in content creation
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnerships.

- Shoot & appear in engaging education, vlog & brand content
- Videos Editing Skills
- Brainstorm creative ideas for daily/weekly content
- Work closely with the creative team to grow our digital presence
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
