We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. They will also be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and analyzing social media data to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
- Monitor and analyze social media data to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to promote campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Freshers or experience in social media management
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
