We are seeking a motivated Social Science Teacher to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging social studies curriculum to students.
- Develop a comprehensive social studies curriculum that aligns with Samacheer Kalvi syllabus.
- Create lesson plans, materials, and activities that cater to diverse student needs.
- Deliver interactive lessons, fostering critical thinking and student participation.
- Assess students' understanding through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Support students with individual learning needs and encourage their involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, attend professional development workshops, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in education, social studies, or related field (B.Ed degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social studies content and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia resources.
