Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with other platforms. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
