Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the progress of the development process to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. You will engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance to your team, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
