Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and MongoDB to join our growing team. This is an onsite position where you will play a key role in designing scalable APIs, implementing business logic, and rolling out high-quality projects. If you have 3+ years of professional experience and are ready to take ownership of projects, we’d love to meet you!- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core
- Implement business logic and data access layers following best practices
- Work extensively with MongoDB, including writing complex queries and aggregation pipelines
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Contribute to coding standards and peer code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers and stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest .NET Core & C# advancements
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with MongoDB and aggregation pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for building clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Ability to take ownership and roll out projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with functional programming concepts
- Salary up to ₹70,000/month with additional overtime pay
