Experience : 4 to 6years in Electrical field

- Diploma, BE or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in the installation of solar power systems, Solar Pumps
- Strong knowledge of solar panel technology, electrical systems, and wiring.
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Solar Technician or in a similar role.
- Certification from recognized solar energy organizations.
- Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to solar power installations in Tamilnadu.
