1) Lead the sourcing and acquisition of real estate assets (Plots, residential, commercial etc) aligned with company objectives.
2) Identify new market opportunities and conduct site and market analyses to assess potential investments.
3) Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline by proactively scouting opportunities.
4) Manage relationships with brokers, landowners and other stakeholders.
5) Oversee preliminary due diligence and feasibility studies on potential sites.
6) Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to facilitate closings.
1) Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists and analysts.
2) Set performance goals and KPIs for the sourcing team.
3) Conduct regular team views and provide training where necessary.
4) Foster a culture of collaboration, market intelligence, and strategic thinking.
1) Lead negotiations for site acquisitions, and partnership deals.
2) Develop and maintain vendor and partner databases.

1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA Preferred)
2) 2+ years in a leadership or team management role preferred.

3)Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Real Estate Sales or in any domain, with a track record of successfully managing sales team responsibilities.
4) Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with corporate goals.
5) Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6) Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
