Spinning Production Supervisor - Spinning
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Spinning Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the spinning department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of spinning processes, leadership skills to manage a team, and the ability to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.- Supervise and monitor daily spinning production activities.
- Plan and allocate manpower to meet production targets.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly with minimal downtime.
- Maintain product quality standards and reduce waste/rework.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Train and guide operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
- Implement process improvements for better efficiency and cost reduction.
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or related field.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse production data and troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of quality control systems and safety compliance.
