Gratis Learning is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
ESL Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering effective English language instruction to non-native speakers, helping them gain fluency and confidence for academic, professional, and personal growth.- Deliver engaging English lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and levels
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain accurate student performance and attendance records
- Foster a positive and motivating classroom environment
- Stay updated with modern ESL teaching techniques and resources
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field
- Prior experience in ESL training or English language instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident, presentable, and able to manage classroom dynamics
- Comfortable with both offline and online teaching methods
- Male candidates preferred
- Willingness to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
