Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Ghaziabad, Sihani Chungi,

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: B. Com or M. Com

We are looking to hire a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export documentation, statutory filings, and vendor/client payment coordination.

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate records
  
• Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2
  
• Handle TDS deductions, filing, and ensure timely tax payments
  
• Maintain strong follow-up on client and vendor payments• Export Documentation Knowledge.
  
• Prepare complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related compliance
  
• Carry out bank reconciliations, RTGS, and NEFT transactions
  
• Work on tax planning and assist in internal and external audits
  
• Generate MIS reports for management and support financial analysis
  
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation
  
• Proficiently use Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel for accounting tasks
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and export norms
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
  
• Sound understanding of bank processes including reconciliations and fund transfers
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
