Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting within the automotive or manufacturing industry and should be proficient in handling daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting in monthly closings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
· Manage accounts payable and receivable
· Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
· Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
· Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
· Help with monthly closing and financial reporting
· Coordinate with internal departments for billing and collections
· Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews
· Work with advanced Excel, Tally, or accounting software
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
· 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in automotive/manufacturing)
· Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Busy or similar software
· Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
· Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,312.94 - ₹35,000.00 per month
