Senior Accountant with a background in the construction industry? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and take ownership of all accounting functions related to work contracts, retention holds, and project finances.- Manage Work Contract Accounting and ensure project-wise financial accuracy.
- Handle Retention Hold Management as per project terms.
- Perform daily accounting operations in Tally ERP, including vouchers and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
- Monitor cost and budget control for ongoing projects.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor and client interactions.
- Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation.
- Strong command of Tally ERP
- Knowledge of work contract financials
- Experience with retention and construction project accounting
- Hands-on with budgeting, compliance, and reconciliations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
