General Mills is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to turn complex workforce data into meaningful, actionable insights using Workday's most advanced reporting tools. In this high-impact role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize sophisticated reporting solutions that empower strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency in Workday’s reporting capabilities—including Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Composite, Matrix and Advanced Reports, Worksheets, and Prism—and a strong understanding of data security and reporting governance. You will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, partnering closely with stakeholders to design scalable, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions. Strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Workday’s data model, and experience with reporting governance are essential, along with a consultative mindset and a willingness to mentor junior analysts.
Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
Experience required- 6 years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred years of related experience:7-10 years
Preferred Major Area of Study: Statistics / BE / IT
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
