Administration and Management:


  • Configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of these platforms.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in accordance with organizational policies.


Integration and Development:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems.


Support and Training:


  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of these tools.


Monitoring and Optimization:


  • Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.


Governance and Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Implement best practices for data management and application development within the Power Platform.


Innovation and Improvement:


  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.


Qualifications:


  • Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Experience:

+ Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role.

+ Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with the Power Platform.

+ Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

  • Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in developing and managing applications on the Power Platform.

+ Familiarity with Azure services and integration with the Power Platform.

+ Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar.

  • Soft Skills:

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
  • Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
